Brokers Welcome

Commercial Funding Group welcomes brokers. We honor and respect your client relationships.

All you need to do to get started is to complete a loan registration form, and provide a copy of the client engagement letter, which has been signed by the client. Once we determine that we can provide a preliminary acceptance, we ask that you collect the $750 deposit and inform, that upon approval, the client will also be required to post a due diligence deposit, to pay third party costs.

CFG will take it from there. We will let you know the programs for which the client is eligible, price and process the loan. Upon receipt of the commitment letter, we will assist to closing.
